La ministra Vizzotti firmó la resolución que reglamenta el sistema para transparentar el proceso de vacunación a personal estratégico en los tres ámbitos del Estado
- Se creará un observatorio para monitorear el cumplimiento y emitir recomendaciones. Se convocará para su integración a organismos externos de relevancia sanitaria y/o académica.
- Las personas consideradas personal estratégico deberán especificar los alcances de su función, el grado de exposición y el riesgo que implica su desempeño. Las funciones ejercidas por los tomadores de decisión, en su calidad de personal estratégico, *deben ser relevantes para garantizar el adecuado funcionamiento del Estado. *
- Se comprenderá como personal estratégico a:
- Las personas que desarrollen funciones de gestión necesarias y relevantes para el adecuado funcionamiento del Poder Ejecutivo que acrediten el rol estratégico de su función, independientemente de la edad y la condición de salud; y realicen tareas presenciales que impliquen riesgo aumentado de exposición.
- Los y las representantes del Estado Argentino en organismos internacionales y los funcionarios jerárquicos y funcionarias jerárquicas que se desempeñen en los mismos que realicen tareas presenciales que impliquen riesgo aumentado de exposición.
- Las personas que realicen viajes afuera del país como miembros de delegaciones oficiales encabezadas por integrantes de los Poderes del Estado Nacional; o personas que deban recibir, en nombre de estos poderes, comitivas oficiales que provengan del exterior en representación de otros Estados o de organismos internacionales.
- Deberán pedir autorización por el sistema informático de la administración pública a la cartera de Salud para acceder a la vacuna. Será el Ministerio de Salud la autoridad que autorizará o rechazará la solicitud.
- Deberán completar un formulario donde autorizan la difusión de sus datos en un registro público para poner a disposición de los y las argentinas los datos sobre las personas que desarrollen funciones de gestión y/o conducción necesarias para el adecuado funcionamiento del Estado, que sean vacunados.
- Se deben vacunar en establecimientos autorizados
- La vacunación se notificará en el Registro Federal de Vacunación Nominal
- Se constituirá un listado público que se actualizará de manera periódica
- El Ministerio de Salud de la Nación podrá difundir a través de los medios de comunicación y/o a poner a disposición de los y las ciudadanas que así lo soliciten, la información sobre quienes recibieron la vacuna contra COVID-19, detallando: Nombre y apellido, fecha de nacimiento, DNI, cargo/función, repartición, vacuna recibida, número de dosis, fecha de aplicación, lugar de vacunación.
- Se invitará a todas las jurisdicciones provinciales y a la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires a realizar un protocolo para la solicitud de anuencia para vacunación Covid19, aplicable en el ámbito de su jurisdicción.
