El Consejo General de Educación –CGE– autorizó a las escuelas públicas de gestión privada que actualicen el valor de las cuotas que cobran a sus alumnos. El incremento ronda el 30% sobre los valores vigentes a 2020, cuando se habilitaron aumentos en dos tramos.
A través de la resolución N° 37 del 15 de enero de 2020, las cuotas de los colegios privados con el 100% de la planta docente reconocida y pagada con fondos del Estado pasó a $582,58 para el nivel inicial y primario desde marzo de ese año; en julio hubo otro aumento, y el valor se fijó en $640,81. Ahora, ese monto pasó a $833,09.
La decisión está contenida en la resolución N° 384 que el CGE emitió este viernes 26, y se fundamenta en los mayores costos a los que deberán hacer frente ahora los colegios privados como consecuencia de la decisión del Gobierno de aplicar, vía decreto, un aumento promedio del 36% en los salarios de los docentes.
Las escuelas públicas de gestión privada absorben el 24% de la matrícula escolar en Entre Ríos. Según cifras oficiales, actualmente, hay 478 colegios privados en Entre Ríos -el 60% son confesionales-, de todos los niveles, que suman en total una matrícula superior a los 93 mil alumnos.
Los apoderados legales de esos establecimientos educativos fueron autorizados por el Estado a subir el monto de la matrícula de sus alumnos.
Las escuelas de nivel inicial y primario que tengan hasta el 80% de su planta docente reconocida financieramente por el Estado podrán cobrar valores de $1.119,70; en cambio, si el 100% de los sueldos de su personal son abonados con recursos públicos, podrán percibir cuotas de hasta $833,09.
En el nivel secundario, cuando el reconocimiento financiero estatal sea del 80% de los docentes, podrán percibir cuotas de hasta $1.659,55; pero si tienen un 100% de cobertura estatal, podrán cobrar a sus alumnos aranceles de hasta $1.259,65.
En educación superior, los valores autorizados por Educación para el ciclo lectivo 2021 es de $3.218,45, cuando el reconocimiento de la planta docente sea del 80%; y de 1.786,16con el 100% de financiamiento de los sueldos docentes con fondos públicos.
En los fundamentos de la resolución que autorizó el aumento, el CGE señaló que “los apoderados legales de las escuelas públicas de gestión privada deben hacer frente a los aumentos establecidos para los cargos y horas que no cuentan con la subvención estatal, como así también a los aportes y contribuciones correspondientes”.
Además, que “con los montos devengados del cobro de cuotas de sus alumnos deben afrontar el pago de diversos servicios entre los que se cuentan seguros obligatorios, mantenimiento de los edificios, insumos, entre otros”.
