“Son formas de ver la realidad en la Argentina, el orden de prioridades que tienen y asignar los recursos donde más se necesitan», afirmó el gobernador en Larroque.
“Hoy tenemos un gobierno nacional que tiene la misma visión de lo que es la Argentina federal, lo que significa en términos de empleo además de calidad de vida”, destacó el primer mandatario entrerriano.
El gobernador, junto a la vicegobernadora Laura Stratta, estuvo este martes en Larroque, departamento Gualeguaychú, donde firmó el acta de inicio de la bicisenda María Auxiliadora, y también entregó la aprobación del financiamiento para obras de cordón cuneta y badenes en distintas localidades en el marco del Plan Argentina Hace.
Agregó que “este gobierno trabaja con todos los intendentes y no hacemos absolutamente un sesgo discriminatorio para con nadie. Si vemos cómo están distribuidas, por ejemplo, las obras que están asignadas en Enohsa, se puede advertir claramente que hay un criterio equitativo de distribución”.
“A pesar de la pandemia hubo una decisión muy fuerte de sostener el ritmo de obra pero también de asignar recursos prioritarios a la salud y a la contención social de muchas familias que realmente la pasaron muy mal; y escuchamos sin embargo ataques que son feroces con una inusitada violencia verbal y sin hacerse cargo del país que nos dejaron, y vemos como permanentemente se cuestionan políticas sanitaria que no pudieron llevaron adelante cuando fueron gobierno «.
“Nosotros vamos a seguir trabajando en en conjunto, gobierno nacional, provincia y municipios para poder, satisfacer las necesidades, los requerimientos y poner en marcha esta provincia de Entre Ríos que tiene mucho para dar, que tiene intendentes comprometidos con la gestión, que tiene dirigentes que están también comprometidos con poder llevar adelante acciones que vayan mejorando paulatina y progresivamente la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos”, valoró Bordet.
El titular del Ente Nacional de Obras Hídricas y Saneamiento (Enohsa), Enrique Cresto; el intendente, Leonardo Hassen; los ministros de Economía, Hugo Ballay; Planeamiento, Marcelo Richard; Producción, Juan José Bahillo; la diputada nacional, Mayda Cresto; los diputados provinciales, Leonardo Silva y Mariana Farfan; el senador provincial, Jorge Maradey; e intendentes de localidades vecinas, también participaron de esa actividad desarrollada en el polideportivo local.
Allí señaló que «antes de fin de año estuvimos inaugurando viviendas y hablando de muchas obras que estaban encaminándose y que hoy ya van ejecutándose, como el playón que se está haciendo en este hermoso polideportivo; también obras que se están iniciando en todo el departamento».
Adelantó que volverá al departamento, «en abril para inaugurar la ruta 51 que la estamos terminado, quedan 2.500 metros». En la oportunidad, anunció que «se licitará el desvío del tránsito pesado que conecta la 51 con la 20, tal como lo habían solicitado y lo vamos a incorporar presupuestariamente para poder llevar adelante la obra, que era un compromiso que habíamos asumido».
El gobernador apuntó que también se está trabajando «en Almada, con el puente que va a muy buen ritmo, llevándolo adelante. Hay muchas obras en el departamento Gualeguaychú y esto habla muy bien de los legisladores, de los intendentes y los presidentes de comunas que trabajan mucho».
Detalló que «también en materia de infraestructura escolar estamos con el llamado a licitación de la escuela en Urdinarrain y otro tipo de acciones que tienen que ver con el departamento y la ciudad de Gualeguaychú”.
Luego le dijo a los legisladores de Gualeguaychú que este lunes firmó » la adjudicación de la escuela técnica Nº 2 Colombo, por lo cual la obra empezaría en estos días», y también «trabajando con el hospital modular que se está construyendo en la Unidad Penitenciaria de El Potrero».
«Es la forma de trabajar que llevamos adelante, en la provincia que estuvimos cuatro años remando muy duro para poder hacer frente a un cúmulo de obras que existían en distintos lugares del territorio, y era complicado cuando no hay un acompañamiento y decisión del gobierno nacional de llegar con obras que mejoren la calidad de vida de la gente”, apuntó.
En ese marco, mencionó el plan de viviendas encarado por la provincia con fondos propios, “o también teníamos que llegar con obras que como el caso de la 51 y muchas otras rutas, algunas que tenían convenio con Nación que fueron anuladas y esto nos dificultó mucho”.
Asimismo, mencionó que “en materia de recursos de obras hídricas y saneamiento, y agua potable, teníamos un atraso y demanda contenida de mucho tiempo en la provincia de Entre Ríos”, y recordó que “cuando se da la posibilidad de que Enrique (Cresto) esté en Enohsa automáticamente todos estos proyectos los canalizamos y hoy estamos asistiendo en Entre Ríos a un Plan que es realmente histórico en materia de saneamiento, agua potable, tratamiento de efluentes, limpieza de lagunas, de ampliación de lagunas, de tratamiento en el río Uruguay de las plantas que tiran todo el crudo al río”.
“Hoy se está llevando adelante un programa de 80 millones de dólares con el BID, donde ya tenemos prácticamente listo Gualeguaychú y Concordia en una primera etapa que se le sumarán San José, Colón y Concepción del Uruguay”, destacó el mandatario en su alocución.
Obras
El mandatario apuntó que “hay mucha obra, que tiene que ver con esta concepción federal de la Argentina, de distribuir demográficamente y nosotros acá en la provincia lo hacemos con todos los municipios, no cometemos los mismos errores de tener una visión sesgada de la asignación de recursos presupuestarios, porque las necesidades las tienen las personas de carne y hueso, la tienen los vecinos de cada ciudad y al vecino de cada ciudad le importa muy poco de qué partido político es el intendente”, indicó.
Por otra parte, se refirió a que “esta es la forma de poder ir resolviendo los problemas ante la adversidad”, e indicó que “en dos meses nos tomó intempestivamente una pandemia que obligó a cambiar absolutamente todos los programas, toda la planificación que existía, para lo que nos habíamos preparado para gobernar. Nadie se prepara para gobernar en una pandemia, hacía 100 años que no ocurría en el planeta”.
En ese marco, destacó que “pese a esto, pese a todas las dificultades, en materia de infraestructura de Salud hemos duplicado todo lo que poseíamos en nuestro sistema de atención en unidades UTI, en respiradores pero también en materia hospitalaria con tres hospitales modulares, uno que ya está terminado y otros dos que están con los trabajo iniciados, con el hospital de Villaguay que pronto vamos a llevar adelante”, precisó.
Por último, aseguró que “por eso estar en Larroque nuevamente como lo hago en distintos lugares de la provincia cara a cara generando compromisos, trabajando y fundamentalmente pensando que hay una Argentina y pensando que hay una provincia de Entre Ríos donde tenemos todo para hacer y para eso tenemos que poner toda nuestra mejor energía”.
Al cierre del acto, visitó la Colonia de Adultos Mayores de Larroque.
Desafío por delante
A su turno, Cresto dijo que «es un enorme desafío el que tenemos por delante» y recordó «que tuvimos que soportar los últimos cuatro años con espalda, pasando momentos muy difíciles pero sabíamos que todo lo que estaba sembrando en ese momento y en esa lucha iba a tener sus frutos».
En ese marco, recordó también esa situación, y destacó que con el «tuve la oportunidad de estar al frente del Ente de Obras Hídricas y Saneamiento, Gustavo me dio el impulso y con una mirada estratégica, no solamente por lo que sirve para la Argentina la política de agua y saneamiento, sino particularmente en relación al programa estratégico que el gobernador había presentado en la gestión anterior para Entre Ríos de agua y saneamiento, como pocas provincias lo tiene, que con la inyección del Enohsa, puede llegar a sus objetivos mucho antes».
Cresto destacó además, después de recorrer la Argentina, «que tenemos una provincia maravillosa y tenemos que estar orgullosos los entrerrianos, porque debe ser la mejor provincia distribuida, la más hídrica, la que tiene más potencial». Y en ese marco, mencionó que «hay un pasado que creíamos que había quedado atrás, que era la Argentina de la exclusión, nos encontramos con la Argentina de la producción, del trabajo; pero también hay dos Argentinas en un modelo y visión centralista que tenemos que llegar a terminar».
