La denuncia realizada por la Dirección de Trabajo apunta a una explotación forestal donde trabajaban una familia condiciones infrahumanas.
La situación delictiva denominada Reducción a la Servidumbre (art. 140 Código Penal), fue denunciada por el coordinador General Emiliano Delgado el viernes pasado ante la fiscal Dra. Fonseca.
Delgado explicó a Real Noticias que tuvieron conocimiento de la grave situación a partir de una denuncia anónima. El propietario del lugar ubicado camino a Colonia Ayuí sería de apellido Scasso .
En dicho lugar se encuentra una construcción antigua y en mal estado de mantenimiento, sin agua y sin condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad, en donde trabajaban desde 2005, un capataz, una señora y su hijo de 20 años. Todos ellos se encontraban en estado de inanición y con un estado de salud deteriorado al momento de la denuncia. «Se están asesorando con el Doctor Giampaolo» confirmó el coordinador y agregó que el Intendente Almada es el encargado de la inasistencia social y de salud de estas personas.
La fiscal Fonseca recabará la información y las primeras actuaciones para elevar al Juzgado federal en Concepción del Uruguay su continuidad. Los responsables podrían enfrentar penas de 3 a 15 años de presión
