El gobernador Gustavo Bordet ratificó el inicio del ciclo lectivo el lunes, afirmó que el incremento que ya empieza a pagar este mes la provincia supera el de la paritaria nacional e hizo saber que el dialogo continuará “hasta ponernos de acuerdo”.
En el marco de la visita que realizó a Aldea San Antonio por el 132 Aniversario de esa localidad, el gobernador Gustavo Bordet se refirió a la huelga que decidió el gremio Agmer e instó a seguir debatiendo “pero con los niños en la escuela”.
“Después de un año de sin presencialidad, los chicos necesitan estar en la escuela. Estamos cumpliendo con un incremento salarial y hemos propuesto seguir conversando para encontrar un punto de acuerdo, al que seguramente vamos a llegar”, dijo el mandatario.
“Mientras hablamos de salarios los chicos tienen que estar en la escuela, necesitan estar con sus pares, confraternizar y tener el espacio de encuentro. Y trabajamos mucho para ello con los protocolos de vuelta a clases y un plan de obras para refaccionar escuelas”, expresó Bordet.
En relación a la oferta salarial que realizó la provincia a los gremios indicó: “Hemos hecho una propuesta de aumento que para el salario inicial es del 36 por ciento, incluyendo la suma fija que se comenzó a otorgar el año pasado”, sostuvo y acotó que la paritaria nacional que se cerró se con el Ministerio de Educación es del 34,5 por ciento.
Y agregó: “Nosotros hoy le estamos garantizando a un maestro inicial con 20 horas testigo un sueldo inicial de 32.700 pesos y la paritaria nacional cerró en 31.000 pesos. Y si ese maestro es de jornada completa el inicial es 44.000 pesos. Sabemos que no es suficiente, pero es un esfuerzo que estamos haciendo y que acompaña la inflación. Tenemos abierta la discusión y seguiremos dialogando para ponernos de acuerdo”, precisó.
La celebración
El mandatario encabezó este sábado el acto por el 132º aniversario de Aldea San Antonio, junto intendente de esa localidad, Mauro Díaz Chávez, y otras autoridades. En la ceremonia que se realizó en la Plaza San Martín también se entregaron aportes y un proyecto de obra.
Acompañaron al mandatario las ministras de Desarrollo Social, Marisa Paira, y de Gobierno, Rosario Romero; el ministro de Producción, Juan José Bahillo; la titular de Vialidad provincial, Alicia Benítez; el diputado provincial, Leonardo Silva; el senador Jorge Maradey; y la esposa del gobernador, Mariel Ávila. Además de autoridades municipales de esa localidad.
Tierra de libertad
Al hacer uso de la palabra Bordet saludó a los presentes y a los habitantes de la Aldea San Antonio por su 132º aniversario, al tiempo que hizo extensivo su saludo por el aniversario a la Aldea San Juan y Aldea Santa Celia.
«Entre Ríos es una provincia que se constituyó con ideas de libertad. Fue en la Revolución de Mayo la primera provincia donde sus cabildos de Gualeguaychú, Concepción del Uruguay y Gualeguay adhirieron a la Revolución de Mayo. Una tierra que siempre sostuvo muy en alto los principios de la libertad y cuando se da la organización Nacional en 1853 y asume como presidente de la Confederación Argentina Justo José de Urquiza, un entrerriano de aquí cerca de esta zona, y se hace eco de las palabras que Juan Bautista Alberdi había acuñado, de que ´gobernar es poblar´ y se dio inicio de un proceso inmigratorio en nuestra provincia donde en 1857. Y cuatro años después llegaron los primeros inmigrantes a esta tierra, a la Colonia San José», relató el mandatario.
Y continuó: «Entonces esta tierra de libertad también se constituyó en la tierra de esperanza para muchas familias que venían huyendo de guerras, de enfermedades, de miserias, de persecuciones y poder encontrar en este suelo la posibilidad de la esperanza y el futuro», valoró.
En ese marcó mencionó a las corrientes inmigratorias, y apuntó: «Uno puede destacar a los alemanes del Volga que conformaron tantas aldeas en nuestra provincia y llegaron hasta acá, hasta San Antonio, Santa Celia, Aldea San Juan, Urdinarrain. Y también uno piensa en otras corrientes inmigratorias. En los gauchos judíos que poblaron buena parte de nuestro territorio y nos dejaron la enseñanza en ese magnífico libro de Alberto Gerchunoff, que justamente una escuela de aquí lleva su nombre, que se llama Los Gauchos Judíos”, remarcó el mandatario y apuntó que a esta zona también llegaron sus abuelos y bisabuelos.
Tras ello, remarcó: “Esta tierra de esperanza nos da justamente esa multiculturalidad que se expresa en las tradiciones, en la convivencia y la tolerancia religiosa, y en las costumbres”.
Dijo además que cuando fue intendente en su ciudad de Concordia compartía esa función con Leonardo Silva, que era el intendente de esta aldea, y recordó que un día como hoy, un 27 de febrero de 2015, participó de los actos por el aniversario de entonces y “lo que más me sorprendió fue la identidad cultural que existe en Aldea San Antonio”.
Tras ello, el mandatario expresó: “Cuando uno está en gestión puede escuchar muchas cosas, le pueden contar de necesidades que puede tener alguna ciudad, una región o una colonia de la provincia. Pero muy diferente es cuando se está en el lugar, cuando se comparte y se entiende cabalmente cuál es la necesidad de una obra pública. Y las obras públicas no nacen por la iluminación de algún gobernante, sino que nacen por el tesón, por la vocación y la pasión como lo decía el pastor recién”.
Recordó también su visita anterior para la inauguración del acceso a la localidad “que demandó muchas gestiones”, y acotó: “Las obras salen porque hay una comunidad organizada, con gente que tiene la pujanza de seguir insistiendo. Y nosotros tenemos la obligación como gobernantes de satisfacer esas necesidades. Esto es lo que hemos hecho y la verdad que si algo tiene de gratificante la gestión es justamente cumplir con el deber”.
Y continuó: “Quería volver en otro aniversario de Aldea San Antonio para reencontrarme con esa identidad cultural en un momento difícil y completamente diferente, en un momento donde en la pandemia asola a la humanidad, hacía 100 años que no había una pandemia, después de la gripe española, y quienes nos preparamos para gobernar pensamos sobre cosas que son previsibles, nos preparamos para eso, pero nadie se prepara para gobernar lo que no conoce, porque es imprevisible”, apuntó.
El gobernador, dijo que “la pandemia, como en todo el mundo, irrumpió en la Argentina, en nuestras ciudades, y frente a ese desafío que se nos planteaba, he encontrado en mis funcionarios, y sobre todo en los intendentes, apoyo para realizar un trabajo mancomunado, conjunto en momentos realmente críticos, difíciles e inciertos que es lo más difícil de resolver”.
Indicó que “lo seguimos haciendo juntos, trabajamos mucho junto a Mauro Díaz Chaves. No ha sido un año fácil y tampoco lo ha sido para vos desde lo personal. Pero cuando uno está en gestión pone todo lo mejor para superar la adversidad, y lo estamos haciendo desde el conjunto, poniendo desde el lugar que nos toca como sociedad cada uno lo mejor de nosotros para poder sortear los obstáculos, los problemas y poder encontrar la solución y la salida a un flagelo como el que nos ha ocurrido, y si Dios quiere lo vamos a superar”.
Trabajo conjunto
Por otro lado, al dirigirse al intendente, expresó: “Cuente con el gobierno de la provincia para poder seguir trabajando en conjunto. Nunca se terminan las gestiones, las gestiones son dinámicas y es importante 3.500 metros de asfalto, pero hay que hacer más, y en esto tendrán el apoyo de la provincia para poder seguir construyendo más asfalto en el pueblo y también para poder seguir trabajando con otras instituciones. Uno puede hacer magníficas obras, pero si la comunidad no tienen instituciones que funcionan, las obras sirven de poco”, afirmó.
En ese sentido, mencionó los aportes para Bomberos Voluntarios y para poder seguir trabajando con el Centro de Jubilados. “El desafío que tenemos por delante es seguir trabajando juntos, poner todo el esfuerzo para que Aldea San Antonio, a la provincia, a la Nación, y por sobre todas las cosas, a nuestros vecinos, que es para quienes trabajamos, les vaya bien».
Pilares para crecer
Por su parte, el intendente de Aldea San Antonio Mauro Díaz Chávez, agradeció la presencia del mandatario, de las familias, a las autoridades religiosas y a los feriantes que participaron de las actividades.
En ese marco, recordó lo expresado por Pepe Mujica que decía: «Derrotados son aquellos que dejan de luchar, y dejar de luchar es dejar de soñar. Es inevitable no pensar en aquel puñado de familias que vinieron en el 1889 aquí a la Aldea San Antonio a radicarse a la orilla de un arroyo que estaba crecido y que no les permitía pasar a las tierras que tenían asignadas en ese momento. Cuanta lucha y cuanto esfuerzo y cuantos sueños tuvieron esas familias para mantenerse lejos de los caminos de acceso que conectaban a otras ciudades, de mantenerse y seguir apostando en tres pilares fundamentales: En el trabajo, en la fe, y la familias. Estos tres pilares son las bases fundamentales para que hoy la Aldea San Antonino sea lo que es, una aldea pujante, de trabajo, una aldea que día a día va sorprendiendo por sus avances y por sus logros porque también hubo gente que dedicó a hacerlo», apuntó.
Por último, el intendente mencionó los avances y logros conseguidos a lo largo del tiempo en esa localidad y recordó que en 2017 el gobernador Gustavo Bordet tomó la decisión a través de Vialidad Provincial de generar un proyecto que fue bisagra en la historia de la aldea con el acceso asfaltado que permitió un crecimiento exponencial en localidad.
Inauguración
En la oportunidad el mandatario dejó inaugurada la obra en la planta urbana donde asfaltaron 30 cuadras de la localidad, quedando esas calles con cordón cuenta y pavimento. También, se firmó un convenio para creación de una oficina municipal de Información al Consumidor.
Además el gobernador le entregó al presidente municipal el proyecto para la Construcción obra de arte sobre arroyo san Antonio – Pehuajó al norte, del departamento Gualeguaychú.
En la ocasión, además, se hizo entrega de aportes por un monto de 350.000 pesos cada una a la Asociación civil Bomberos Voluntarios y la Asociación de Alemanes para una sede propia.
Además, las autoridades realizaron la firma de un acta por la provisión de 40 cascos en el marco del programa de promoción de la seguridad vial.
Tras el acto las autoridades visitaron el museo itinerante especialmente armado por la celebración de su 132º aniversario de la Aldea San Antonio y la comisaría. Allí recorrieron el centro de monitoreo, donde el ministerio de Gobierno instaló 10 nuevas cámaras con resolución HD.
